The Villas, located on the Manatee River waterfront, in gated River Wilderness, is a friendly community of fourteen units within walking distance to The Club. In addition to the stunning pool views, The Villas, offers a range of amenities for residents to enjoy. From scenic walking trails to community parks and recreational facilities, there is something for everyone to appreciate in this vibrant neighborhood.
The Villas happens to be the first “neighborhood” in River Wilderness. People who were having their homes constructed wanted to live on site. They rented the smaller Villas while watching their River Wilderness dream homes being built.
