December 18, the Old Tampa Road gate will utilize the Virtual Gate Guard Kiosk during the hours of 10pm to 6am. For residents, there is no change. For guests read more.

Our new gate system complete use of the kiosk from 10 PM – 6 AM as of January 1, 2026. The kiosk has been implemented without incident.
