Yard of the Month – October

October 6, 2026

Dear Residents,

Re: Yard of the Month – October

Congratulations to Jay and Doreen Titlebaum, our newest Yard of the Month winners!

This beautiful property at 11806 Oak Ridge immediately catches your eye with its lush, thoughtfully designed landscaping and wonderful pops of color. A gorgeous mix of tropical palms, vibrant flowering plants, rich foliage, and neatly manicured shrubs creates layers of texture and interest while beautifully complementing the architecture of the home.

Adding an extra-special touch is the elegant tiered fountain nestled among the landscaping. Surrounded by greenery and colorful blooms, this charming water feature creates a peaceful focal point and adds a wonderful sense of serenity to the home’s welcoming entrance.

From the colorful flowers lining the front beds to the striking tropical plantings framing the entry, every element feels carefully placed and lovingly maintained. The result is a landscape that is welcoming, polished, and unmistakably Florida.

Thank you to our winners for the time, care, and pride they put into their property—and for creating such a beautiful addition to the River Wilderness community.

Congratulations on a very well-deserved Yard of the Month!
