Annual Dues for RWHOA – 2026 River Wilderness Foundation Annual Dues Thank you for your continued support of our community. We provide details to our 2026 annual dues payment options.

December 18, the Old Tampa Road gate will utilize the Virtual Gate Guard Kiosk during the hours of 10pm to 6am. For residents, there is no change. For guests read more.

Our new gate system complete use of the kiosk from 10 PM – 6 AM as of January 1, 2026. The kiosk has been implemented without incident.

The Community Center renovations will begin on December 17, and will run through December 27.
