Re: Annual Meeting – Voting Reminders
Dear Residents,
The RW HOA Annual Meeting is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Community Center. The meeting will be broadcast and recorded via Zoom through Get Quorum. A meeting link and passcode will be emailed to all residents on Tuesday. Residents may want to consider attending via Zoom as seating and parking at the Community Center is limited.
Voting:
E-Voting will end at 5pm on Tuesday, April 21.
For Paper Ballots:
If mailing to AMI on Town Center Parkway, they must be mailed in time to reach AMI by the Tuesday mail delivery.
Ballots may be dropped in the gray box at the Community Center at any time, up to 7pm on Tuesday, April 21, or placed in the clear ballot box in the lobby during office hours 1-3.
Ballots may also be delivered in person to the Annual Meeting up till 7pm on April 21.
