Re: Yard of the Month

Dear Residents,

We’re pleased to share a small update within our neighborhood! The Yard of the Month Award is now being coordinated by Susan and Jonathan Hill, who are excited to continue the wonderful work and tradition established by Chas Apple, whose time and dedication helped make this program such a valued part of our community.

We are also delighted to announce our first Yard of the Month award under their stewardship! Congratulations to Edgar and Elizabeth Hoy, of 2631 Little Country Road. Their yard truly caught our eye, showcasing vibrant red and white impatiens that add a cheerful pop of color and welcoming charm to the street.

Thank you to all of our neighbors who take such wonderful care of their homes and landscaping—your efforts help make our neighborhood a place we’re proud to call home. We look forward to recognizing more beautiful yards in the months ahead!

Thank you, Susan and Jonathan, for continuing this tradition.

Regards,
River Wilderness of Bradenton Foundation
