February 23, 2026 Re: OTR Gate Update – Monday, February 20, 2026 Dear Residents, Porticos, Pillars and Islands are down! This morning a county inspector will be here to inspect work so far. Pavers will be delivered to be installed in the areas where the islands were. Roofers will be here to install the new guardhouse roof. Electricians will be on site to do some work in the guardhouse. The dumpsters should be removed by day’s end. Lots of progress over the past several days! Please continue to utilize the Fort Hamer gate when possible, and if entering and exiting via OTR, please drive slowly and use caution. Thanks for your patience and cooperation. Regards, |
