Dear Residents,
As mentioned in the HOA Board meeting yesterday, we are reviewing the current Open House Policy. We want to look at updating in accordance with our new gate procedures at the OTR gate and standardize the policy across all realtors.
We want to meet with RW resident realtors to review the policy, look at possible updates and get feedback.
Two possible meeting dates at the Community Center:
Monday, June 22, 2026 – 3 pm
Tuesday, June 23, 2026 – 3 pm
Please reply to this email with which date/time works best for you & we will schedule for the majority. We will forward a copy of the current policy to attendees for review prior to the meeting. If you are not able to attend this meeting, we welcome your input by return email.
