Dear Residents,
Re: Envera RFID Tags – Fort Hamer Gate Issues
We have become aware of some issues with the Fort Hamer Gate reader compatibly interacting with the current RFID tags.
If your RFID tags are working at the Old Tampa Road gate, but not at the Fort Hamer Gate, please do not relocate or allow your tag to be moved. Removing and reattaching the tag may interfere with the signal receptor at the Old Tampa Road gate.
If you receive a second tag from the Islands, they can place that in a second location for use at the FH gate, but that sticker will not be activated at the Old Tampa Road gate in the Envera system.
If you have questions, please contact the board at info@rwhoa.org
Regards,
River Wilderness of Bradenton Foundation
