How to Access Private Homeowner Documents
Welcome to the River Wilderness Homeowners Association! If you’re a registered homeowner or renter, you’re just a few steps away from accessing exclusive resources—including contact documents, financial reports, and tax documents —all available through the RWHOA.com website. There are two access points for you on your RWHOA website. The Public side and the Private, members only, side. Most items you will be able to access through the Public side, however if you want sensitive, private documents you will need to log into the Website with and email, username and password of your choice.
Step 1: Log In to Access Private Documents
To view private materials, you must be logged into the RWHOA.com website. These resources are reserved for Homeowners registered on the website only.

Watch the Quick Video Tour
To make things easier, I’ve created a short video that walks you through the process of accessing private documentation. In the video, I provide a quick tour of the River Wilderness Home Owners Association website, specifically focusing on the Homeowners menu. I explain that certain items, like the auditor’s report and financial statements, require homeowners to log in with username and password to access them. I walk you through the registration and login process, emphasizing that both homeowners and renters can register. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email. I encourage you to log in and explore the resources available to you on the website.:
