Re: Approaching the Fort Hamer Gate – Helpful Information
At today’s Foundation HOA Board Meeting, a resident of the Islands brought to our attention that an issue with the Fast Pass Resident Gate may be related to speed of approach and proximity to the reader.
We are, therefore, advising our residents to approach the reader as slowly as possible, and as close as possible for optimal performance.
We will look for feedback as to whether this approach is working. With respect to other issues at the FH Gate, including access through the guest side, we continue to work to address those issues.
