Gate Access System – Resident Contact Information — RWHOA Email Communication

July 17, 2025

Dear Residents,

Re: Gate Access System – Resident Contact Information

As you may have noticed, work has begun at the OTR gate on the first stage of the installation of the new Envera gate access system, infrastructure, hardware, software & cameras.

All residents will receive 2 transponders per household, which will be distributed over a three-day period in mid September.

Our immediate goal is to make certain that we have the correct contact information for each household. In comparing our Email list with Dwelling Live and the AMI contact list, we find considerable inaccuracies, duplicates and ommissions, which we want to correct prior to transponder distribution.

We are asking all residents to provide us with the following information:
Name
Address
Primary & Secondary phone number (for the guards to phone you if a visitor is not found on your guest/vendor list)
Primary email

We have created an email for use in gathering this data, so please send to:

residentlist@rwhoa.org

Please forward the requested contact information to the above email asap. Conversely, please do not send the contact information by hitting reply on this email, or it will not reach the appropriate person.

Thanks for your help with this.

Regards,
River Wilderness of Bradenton Foundation
