March 9, 2026 Dear Residents, Re: March Yard of the Month Yard of the Month – March 2026 We are pleased to announce that Sandy Monson is our newest Yard of the Month winner at 3402 Wilderness Blvd West! Sandy’s yard stood out for its meticulously maintained landscape, highlighted by beautiful, lush Zoysia grass that creates a truly polished and welcoming appearance. The care and pride taken in maintaining the property are evident at every glance. As the warm weather arrives and flowers begin to bloom, it becomes increasingly difficult to choose just one yard each month. Our neighborhood is filled with wonderfully cared-for homes, and we enjoy seeing the creativity and attention that residents bring to their landscapes. We look forward to discovering what the coming months will present as gardens continue to flourish and new seasonal colors appear throughout the neighborhood.
