My Envera App Tips

Dear Residents,

As we go into our 3rd week of our new gate access system, some questions and issues have come up regarding the My Envera App & how it works, and have the following information and tips to share from Envera:

What the guards can view on their monitors at the gate is the list of visitors/guests you have on your My Envera App. It is important that the names on your list are identical to the guest’s name on their license.

Residents have asked how to add a party or event to their app so that they do not have to put each individual name in. Attached below are the instructions from Envera

As a reminder, the entry gate closes after each car goes through, please do not tailgate through the entry.

The exit gate is a pressure plate, and does not read your rfid tag to open. Please approach the gate slowly, and remember, it also closes after each car passes through.

The office hours at the Community Center are 1-3 Monday-Friday for RFID tag registration, bar code purchase or help with your MyEnvera App.

Regards,
River Wilderness of Bradenton Foundation
