Re: Old Tampa Road Gate Night Shift – 10pm to 6am
The board has received a resignation letter from one of the night gate attendants who covers the majority of the night shift at the Old Tampa Road Gate. His last night of work is December 17, 2025.
Since the new gates have been installed, our night shift gate attendants have been supervising and ensuring all guests use our kiosk system to enter the community. This has been successfully integrated into our gate system at Old Tampa Road.
The plan since Day One of our new gate system has been to begin complete use of the kiosk from 10 PM – 6 AM as of January 1, 2026. As it would not make sense to attempt to hire and train an individual for the night shift for two weeks, and the kiosk has been implemented without incident, the Board has made the decision to begin exclusive use of the kiosk beginning December 18, 2025 from 10PM – 6AM.
To facilitate a smooth transition, please ensure you have downloaded the Envera app, and have listed all of your anticipated guests. If you need assistance with your My Envera app, please reply to this email.
